Dunwich Community Yoga. The Old Woodyard. All levels welcome! A community initiative offered to all Residents of Dunwich and surrounding villages. (Own equipment required – Mat and Blocks)

Nutritional Therapy – What can I do for you?
I offer a variety of personalised programmes which an respond to any of your nutritional needs:

- 6 – 8 month plan
- Prices start from £850
- 90-minute initial consultation, and 5 x 45 minute follow up appointments
- Up to 4 support emails a month
- 10% discount on supplements
The Return to Wellness plan is for those of you with a diagnosed chronic long-term health condition e.g IBS, FM, CFS, Autoimmunity. It is important to remember that your journey to ill health probably occurred slowly over a period of time. As such your journey back to wellness will also take time. But I will be here to support you throughout.
You should expect to work with me over a minimum of 6 months, and in some instances this could be longer. Your initial consultation will be for 90 minutes, as in my experience, there will be a lot of ground to cover. It’s vital to gain a thorough understanding of all your symptoms and case history so we can get to the root cause. Additional Functional Testing is likely to be required which will be charged separately. We will discuss this fully in your consultation. We will book in review appointments every 4-6 weeks to review progress and make additional changes.

- 3-4 month plan
- Prices start from £450
- 75-minute initial consultation, and 2 x 45 minute follow up appointments
- 10% discount on supplements
- Add an additonal 45 minute appointment for £99
The Health Optimisation plan is aimed at those who are looking to improve or optimise their physical and mental health. Do you feel you lack energy and motivation in your daily tasks? Do you feel worn out with daily energy slumps? Then this could be the plan for you.
You should expect to work with me over a minimum of 3 months, and in some instances this could be longer. Your initial consultation will be for 75 minutes where we will understand your current goals and design a plan that suits you. Additional Functional Testing is likely to be required which will be charged separately. We will discuss this fully in your consultation. We will book 2 follow up appointments to review progress and make additional changes.

My Nutrition MOT sessions are aimed at anyone trying to optimise their health, both physically and mentally. The media bombards us with, low fat, high fat, low carb, intermittent fasting, keto diets etc.. and this creates so much confusion. Incidentally, I don’t like the word “diet” because it conjures up images of weight loss and restriction. Eating optimally for better health is about finding out which foods to incorporate that fit with YOUR PERSONAL goals. You may wish to improve your energy, to have better focus, to remain young and vibrant through your middle years. Alternatively are you considering incorporating vegetarian, pescatarian, or vegan foods? Do you think you have a food allergy or intolerance and need help with meal planning?
